2024 Dillon Farmers' Market Member Meeting

The annual member meeting for the Dillon Farmers' Market will be Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6pm in the upstairs conference room at Lucy Carson Library on the UM Western Campus.  All 2024 vendors and prospective new vendors are encouraged to attend.

Plans for 2024: The market will be held on 13 Saturdays from June 29 to September 21 this year. The location will be on South Washington Street, between Reeder and Sebree streets, by Jaycee Park.  The market hours will be 9 am to 1 pm.  A City Event Permit will close the street so that vendors may set up beginning at 7 am.  Everyone should be cleaned up and the street will be reopened at 2 pm.

Vendors:  Vendor fees are $10.00 annual membership  and $10.00 per week for a space.  The annual fee is needed to help cover administrative expenses. Spaces will be marked depending on if they are reserved or open.  The Market Master will assign the open spaces to vendors who don't have reserved sites on a weekly basis.

General Membership:  You don't need to be a vendor to be a member - you only need to love the Dillon Farmers' Market and want it to thrive.  There is a $10.00 annual membership fee to help with administrative expenses.

The Dillon Farmers' Market is open to vendors from  Beaverhead, Madison, or Jefferson county, but the Board Of Directors may approve vendors from outside this region if space is available and they provide goods not typically produced in our area.  The Dillon Farmers' Market is a nonprofit organization focused on providing a safe, community-centered venue for local producers of food and arts and crafts to display and sell their products.  Vendors of commercial products produced elsewhere, such as Tupperware, are not eligible to sell these products at the Farmers' Market

Saturday September 11 and 18 - New Market Location

Due to construction work for the City water project on Washington Street, the Dillon Farmers' market is moving 1 block east to the other side of Mary Innes, on Pacific Street between Sebree and Reeder.  We have just 2 weekends left - September 11 and 18.  Plan on the same hours, 9 am to 1 pm.  Vendors, please space your booths as before, allowing 10 ft. between yours and the next booth.  Social distancing is a MUST, and masks are strongly advised, since Dillon is seeing a COVID spike following Labor Day.  Our coffee vendor will not be joining us, unfortunately.  The City will provide a couple of portable toilets, since the water in the Jaycee Park is shut off.  That's the news!
